Spaces Eco Trip hits the road

We here at Spaces are excited to give an update on the Spaces Eco Trip team. Remember back on May 4th when we announced auditions to be a part of our summer Eco Trip? Well, we had some amazing auditions and from those, we granted four young environmentalists the title "Eco Tripper". They are Marshana Ritchie, Michael McGuire, Leslie Gant and Mike Hedge.

They left Seattle on June 1st and since then they have been travelling across the country by train, bike, and hybrid car. Along the way, they planted trees and shared eco friendly tips with people at the College World Series in Omaha, picked organic strawberries in Denver, cleaned up river banks in Salt Lake City and visited the GM plant in Janesville, WI where they manufacture hybrid vehicles.

Their adventure is half over and Spaces feels lucky to be a part of bringing environmental awareness to the public.
